Phillip and his crew were exceptional! I don't think I have ever seen men work so hard and with so much skill. They rarely took a break, were fast and efficient. I did not hear any loud music or any unpleasant words. They accidentally damaged some screen on the back porch. They fixed it without question. Terrible !!! They say they are helping you but don’t even give you a call to let you know what’s going on. In the process of desperately needing a home we found one else where . They are so unorganized here . They pick and choose who they want in their houses . I mean seriously it’s in the hood and you can get shot anyday shouldn’t be so many requirements and delays
