Extremely disappointing experience. I was told multiple times by the salesperson that a specific vehicle (Nissan X-Trail ST-L 7 seater in Gun Metallic) was secured and on water for delivery the following month. Over several weeks, I followed up repeatedly asking for updates and ETAs, only to find out later that no car had ever actually been reserved. This was confirmed by a different Nissan dealership.
