Sooooo many building and code violations!!!! Propane tanks need to be 10 ft from the residence!!! The electric lines are just laying in a pile! The electric box has too many lines connected. There are more that i didn't take pics of. I was there to visit and was discusted by the way the place looks. Maybe 20 trailers and maybe maybe 8 have people living in them. The rest of the trailers look condemned. The owner and caretaker need to be fined and/or jailed.
It's a dump poorly maintained and managed
My son lives there not a bad place fixing up lot of properties
I have lived here for almost 3 years, and haven't been able to get anything fixed. I have mold, mildew, floors and ceiling caving in. Along with the electric being totally messed up. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
