Called during hours of operation according to Google 9:50am on a Saturday and I get the automated "This call may be recorded for quality purposes" message promptly followed by another automated voice that says "Goodbye" in a creepy robotic alien voice....and then terminates the call. Tried again an hour later with the same.result....now that is customer service.
