I was Thullie’s customer for several years. She isn’t skilled at hair coloring. The very last time yesterday, Thullie disregarded my instructions to color my full length hair, the color on top of my crown which was an auburn color. Instead without telling me, she dyed my full length hair a very dark color, almost black!!! I will never trust her again and just quit seeing her anymore!!! I want my money back for that horrible treatment!!!
Peggy did a fabulous job of trimming and shaping my daughter's long, wavy hair, as well as my own. Super easy to make an appointment and the place and people were lovely.
Thullie Merlot over processed my hair. It all fell out
Worst hair cut ever high prices and was rushing the lady doesn’t know how to cut hair it was very uneven. I’m never going back, if you want be over changed and have poor service this the is place to go to
I wish their prices were posted, as I would’ve chosen somewhere else. I paid almost $200 for a semi-permanent dye and trim. The lady was very nice and easy to talk to, but I specified several times I wanted dark brown NOT black hair. After 30 minutes in the dryer, i should’ve known it’d come out jet-black. I was also disappointed that the shirt I was wearing is ruined because of the excess dye dripping.
