I feel like I was scammed. I ordered the item shown in picture 1, but I received the flowers shown in picture 2 instead. The delivery was also very slow. I emailed them and sent messages on Instagram, but they didn’t reply until the end of Valentine’s Day. The pics has lots of roses but I got only two instead. How was I supposed to celebrate Valentine’s Day without rose?????
I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my family on 23 December 2025 for delivery on Christmas Eve, less than 24hrs notice at such a busy time. My family were blown away by the arrangement and the freshness of the flowers. So often when you order flowers you can never sure what will actually be delivered. These were exactly like the picture on the website and much admired by family and visitors. Fantastic service.
