The doctor's office is not as great as it was years ago. I sent a message to the NP. She has not been responding for over a week now. I met the new doctor and didn't like the way he discussed things. He refused to write the request for my employer and had no patience. I am going to look for a new doctor. I don't recommend you see this office.
The New Phone System SUCKS it takes so long for them to answer then the people answering are extremely incompetent it seems like !!!! Just switch it back to the old system please !!!!!!
Doctor Hamidi is one of the best doctors in the business, its just a shame that he's stuck at this place. First real red flag was the lack of an answering machine; as someone who has to call in every month to get a refill on my medication, this is a problem. Every single time I would call in, I would be on hold for at least 30 minutes before I was able to talk to anyone. They don’t care about your time at all. Waited 30 minutes to have someone ask me to reschedule to 2 hours later. Went from having a great doctor at a great place to have a great doctor at a horrible place. Such a shame
Don’t waste your time coming here! I made an appointment months out and was told to show up early to fill out paperwork at 9:30 for my 10am appointment. I show up at 9:30 like I was told to, wait 15 minutes for the person ahead of me to get finished checking in and then get turned away. Apparently, I was called yesterday (the day before my appointment) to come at 9:15 instead if I didn’t receive something in the mail. I was told to reschedule because of their mistakes.
