Dr.Karnad don't care about his patients at all. I havent seen him in 15 months and he tells me to come in early for blood work. I do, they say he cancelled it last minute. What's the appt even for then? Wasting my time and doesn't care at all. My Dr before him did my labs every month to make sure I wasn't having clots or having my blood too thin. Ridiculous. So disappointed.

Always an unnecessarily long wait and poor communication. I was told by the front desk staff that I had to check in, again, via the lab area downstairs. When I asked why, she said “I don’t know. That is just what they tell us to have you do.” Seriously?

The instructions have the business entrance as primary and civilians can’t enter here. I learned the rout and then Google picked my entrance after suggesting twice to head to worker entrance. Possibly add to algorithm a scenario where civilian entrance has higher or main priority. Most people use these. It did not help the first time I was at the business entrance to use google to find a way there because according to google I was there. I asked for directions and that helped.
