The phone clerk who called with an appointment reminder was belittling and rude when I asked a question about the timeline of 3 sequential appointments. She spoke at the speed of sound and kept repeating the same script instead of answering my question regarding what happens if one of the first 2 appointments runs longer than the time allotted. The Dr.s are amazing but the desk staff suck. If you have an appointment you better take the whole day off of work. They want you to be 30 minute before your actual appointment, yet they are usually 30min or more late.
I get great care here for my unprovoked pulmonary embolism. Doctor has good unrushed conversations about my health, life and emotional well being. It is far from the house and parking is not free are the only problems. The staff is professional and the lab techs do great near painless work.
