The Dr.s are amazing but the desk staff suck. If you have an appointment you better take the whole day off of work. They want you to be 30 minute before your actual appointment, yet they are usually 30min or more late.
I get great care here for my unprovoked pulmonary embolism. Doctor has good unrushed conversations about my health, life and emotional well being. It is far from the house and parking is not free are the only problems. The staff is professional and the lab techs do great near painless work.
Medical management changes Drs frequently and is now giving me the run around about a prescription that they said they sent and the pharmacy said they didn't. So, resend it, no big deal. They are turning it into some huge issue. Get it together.
