After seeing Dr. Sanchez for the first time I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt. She listened, she asked the right questions, and then she gave me the most direct and succinct information I’ve received from a GI doctor. Dr. Sanchez listens carefully, so she can put the pieces together to determine the root cause of her patient's symptoms. She is kind and compassionate. She practices the way doctors used to practice, before corporate medicine took over....not just "good enough" but she gives her best, which is excellent.

Dr Sanchez is pleasant but did not address my GI issues thoroughly. She tends to catagorize patients into a biased diagnostic box whether accurate or not.Many of her staff are unhelpful and unprofessional and use unpolite dialogue. Even hanging up the phone close to end of office hours so they did not have to take the call. Very disappointing HEALTH encounter with this specialist causing much lost time with no care or treatment.
