Previously registered myself for Rolex Datejust, but never heard back (understandable). Went back to register for Lady Datejust, but was rejected for some reason and suggested to purchase second hand products instead. I literally saw another customer in front of me registering himself for a Datejust, so I don't understand why I was discriminated. Unfortunately this location provides poor service that doesn't match its brand reputation.
My mayors representative AI was amazing. My 4th watch out of Mayors Avalon with her and never disappoints. Very professional and knowledgeable with the various watches I have purchased. Love to shop with her and your store!! Thanks so much for my purchase. Amazing!!!!
The year started with a few bad experiences with Mayors at Avalon, but Chris ultimately delivered a specific watch well ahead of what either of us expected. His commitment has helped change my perception of their customer service.
