Received a surgical referral from neurosurgeon outside of Mayo because of complicated cervical issues they felt best addressed by Mayo. I live 2 hrs. away and waited 2 months for appointment. Doctor tried to avoid any surgical discussions and kept starting over with PT and injections that could be done where I live. After appointment PT order was issued but they would not issue script for injections and gave me the option of going back to Mayo for injections or starting over outside of Mayo with pain management.
