I've been calling since Nov 17 trying to finalize an invoice so I can get a new appt BEFORE I run out of daily medication. But no one has answered the phone. It rings with a msg of opening hours which I now know by heart, and then drops out after 11 minutes – zero opportunity to leave a msg for a 2-3 minute callback. I only have 3 days of medication left now. 🤞 PLEASE ANSWER 🤞
My Father received a referral to see a psychiatrist at this hospital. Before this appt he was admitted to a mental health facility. Even though he was in hospital and it was still a month before the appt the hospital refused to refund his $100 deposit. This is extremely unethical. There is 6 month + waitlist yet they could not fill this appt with a months notice?
