Went in for DOT physical, staff is very friendly, the doctor was professional and easygoing
Terrible staffing. I called before appointment to be sure my records were there from other clinics, I was told yes. In the doctor office doctor says no records. Before next appt I called repeatedly about the records getting there, finally a lady says they won’t reach out and retrieve records. I send all records and only a few reach the doctor by the next visit. And no it was not the other clinics fault.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Very unfriendly staff when being checked in, waited over 45 mins for an appointment that was pre scheduled (mind you, it was an appointment where I had to pee for). I hope I never have to go there again!!
