PLEASE READ: I was seeking help from the Mayo Clinic with Dr Fasilino for severe forehead symptoms from suposide botox injections in Mexico over 2 years ago. This included 3 syringes all into my forehead. He immediately tried everything possible to avoid my chief complaint including going down every rabbit hole he could think of including poor sleep and sychiatric care.
