Had a great experience here with a recent cardiology appointment. One of things I love is when you make an appointment w Mayo they automatically add you to a waitlist to be seen sooner. Very nice. Campus very nice and clean. Check in process very smooth they have multiple check in windows and people there to help you. I waited less than 5 min to get my EKG and then met with the dr shortly after that. He wrote down all of my questions and concerns and addressed each individually until I was satisfied. Mayo Clinic sells itself as the place that solves the unsolvable. What I got was years of pain ad torture, wasted money, and no real answers. It started with 21st Century Neurology. They told me I had a rare dystonia that mostly affects women and children. A $200 genetic test, usually covered by insurance, would have proven them wrong immediately. Instead they slapped me with a diagnosis that made no sense, ignored obvious red flags, and refused to send me my medical records even after I followed the process. I guess disable... read more
