PLEASE READ: I was seeking help from the Mayo Clinic with Dr Fasilino for severe forehead symptoms from suposide botox injections in Mexico over 2 years ago. This included 3 syringes all into my forehead. He immediately tried everything possible to avoid my chief complaint including going down every rabbit hole he could think of including poor sleep and sychiatric care. I read these Terrible 1 star reviews with NO RESPONSE from Mayo Tells it all. YOU ALL NEED TO FILE LAWSUITS and REPORT PROVIDERS TO THE ARIZONA MEDICAL BOARD, thats the only way to make change here clearly. My wife is 14 days post op and in bad pain today and just wanted a appointment to be seen. A RN tried screen her out and we did not a get a simple follow up appointment, she wants her to "describe the pain and send a picture of where it hurts" TERRIBLE that is a incompetent response.Mayo what a let down!
