This was absolutely the biggest joke in healthcare I have received yet! I flew across the country twice hoping to get the gold standard of service they were known for only to have the rheumatologist spend less than 30 minutes with me and gave me a diagnosis of exclusion. As I was walking out of there I kept thinking I was being punked. Could not believe it.
I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Yang and the other rheumatologists at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I had been struggling with ankylosing spondylitis and other spinal and arthritis issues for almost three years. During that time, I was repeatedly passed from one rheumatologist to another, either due to incorrect diagnoses or because they left my area.
