One of the best MRI machines in the west. Or so I’m told. This 132 tonne magnet is the crown jewel of this Mayo radiology department. Good luck getting a scan from it!!! I transferred from Barrow specifically to use this machine, I scheduled an appointment with the Neuro team, explained to them my history and provided them with decades of documentation. Oncologist and clinical study group is amazing. Rest of the staff here is not friendly and seem uncaring.
These people really know what they're doing, they're organized, compassionate, and are up on the latest medical treatments for cancer. No matter what your illness is, go to Mayo..... they will figure out what the issue is and you will get the best treatment possible.
