Mayo makes things as difficult as u can possibly make it. They are the worst!! They used to be able to give the orders to me and I could send it in. Now, oh no the Dr has to do send it in. If I bring it in it has to be a paper copy and must be signed. All other, labs don’t require , but mayo ofc making it most difficult does. So my Dr sends it in. I normally go to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale but needed labs done and found this place. It’s much closer to home, so I was thrilled to schedule my labs. They were down to one technician but another arrived while I waited. And waited. And waited. Everyone in the waiting area was called and left. The receptionist was very kind and even inquired as to whyyy I wasn’t being called back and said she would figure out why I wasn’t being seen, but people checking in kept interrupting her from actually checking.
