Mayo has been an excellent primary care provider. The team is always fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. Appointments are easy to schedule, wait times are minimal, and the staff genuinely cares about their patients. It’s reassuring to have a medical team that is both organized and compassionate. Highly recommend.

Well, I guess I can see why the 3 star rating. And it's unfortunate. We were initially impressed when we went there for labs over our usual visit to Quest. Mayo was much nicer, no waiting, lots of chairs in waiting area, A RECEPTIONIST, the technicians were very nice, all in all the visit was good. But they fall down on some super simple issues. First, the blood test is incomplete. They reported most but not all of the results. My wife's results appear complete and that was after one day. I had the same tests and no results.... read more
I was a patient at this practice for a number of years until I had an insurance change a couple years ago and I had to change my primary care. Now that I have transitioned to traditional Medicare I called to reestablish as a patient and was told that they aren't accepting any patients on Medicare - even traditional Medicare, not an Advantage plan! This is very disappointing as I was already a patient there and am an existing patient at the main campus in Jax.
