Dec 2 2024. The lobby is not heated and it is as cold as it is outside 46 degreesI inquired and the desk person said we put in a request to have the AC fixed but we have not had success-sorry. This is my first time here and waiting for blood work. This is not my primary care but a patient at Mayo Jax as a breast cancer patient. Their staff is so incompetent. I have tried for three years to go to this clinic as my mom goes one a week for blood work, I have asked to be put on the waitlist three times TWO of which were in person, before my dad was even on the waitlist, and they accepted him! and their office manager just said “I am sticking up for my staff on this one” when your schedulers and receptionists are too incapable of doing their job. So unprofessional to not apologize for the wrong THEY did and to try to make it to right . Just disgusting .
I will not go back to this clinic again. It disappoints me because I like the Mayo Clinic. However, the St Augustine clinic has very incompetent people running it. Then when you call them out on it, say you are too dumb to understand. Mayo Clinic will schedule extra appointments to make more money off of you.
I'm really disappointed. Took my children in to establish care. They coded it for a few of the things we talked about in general, none of which were establishing care. Insurance denied it and left a little less than a 1k bill. For two well visits. It's being reviewed for codes now. Hopefully, this can go to 5 stars because the doctors are phenomenal.
