Deceptive Billing practice…
This pharmacy needs some work and it starts at the top. A male pharmacist who was ignorant about a medication humiliated a patient and then made a snide remark about the doctor. Very unprofessional.
THEY WERE OPEN ON EASTER!! so I woke up this morning and had a serious facepalm moment when I realized I was due to refill my meds today but it was also Easter Sunday. I thought for sure I was gonna be in for 24 hours of suffering until they opened on Monday........but no!!! They were open for a few hours!! Many thanks!! Also the employees in mayo clinic are strange in that they seem to be happy to be at work. Everyone is so friendly and nice.
