1/3. I’ve been three times to Mayo Subway Pharmacy. Last two, they’ve messed up something. First mess up, I was getting five meds, only got four. Fortunately, it was OTC, so I got it at Walgreens. Second mess up, I handed them a bottle for a refill and assumed I got the same med back. Nope. Now I’m home in another state, my insurance won’t pay for a refill because this pharmacy filed a claim for the right med, and I’m scrambling to find a pharmacy on a Saturday to fill this (I’ll pay cash) so I can take it today. Service was really slow. Order was accurate.
Super helpful for picking up our prescribed and OTC medications we needed after our hospital stay! The pharmacists we interacted with were super helpful and patient with all of our questions and additions!
