I want to address the sweet lady I spoke to on the phone. Her name is Tess. She was very professional, and took time to answer all my questions regarding a hip replacement I need. She made me feel like I matter, not just a date of birth. Please provide Tess with this 5 star review. She also, in my opinion should be considered for training others.Her customer service skills are EXCELLENT. I am looking forward to being pain free and back to a normal life.
