George Timm. A.B.O.C., was extremely helpful to me in selecting frames, explaining pros and cons of the choices and in explaining the billing. He was patient, knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I have always had excellent care and service at Mayo Optical, both Rochester sites.
I work with Mary Chambers at the NE Rochester location. She is a fabulous style consultant and is willing to help making decisions on what works for me. She is patient, interested, personable, and professional. Although all the staff is helpful and professional, Mary is my pick for finding a style that I am excited about. I LOVE working with Mary!
