Getting accustomed to new frames AND progressive lenses is no small thing, but George T. made it a breeze. I was greatly impressed by his advice - not to mention patience finding just the right solution and look for me. I can't recommend him and the location enough.
spent over an hour waiting ti be seen for appointments. waiting also issues with zipz paratransit. apparently the medium size vans with handicapped in the back don’t know where to park. arguing with mayo valets is not the way to go. these to companies need to communicate with each other. time horrible construction is horrible. missed medical transport and had to wait over hour for another transport. equipment is not handicap accessible for eye exams. this will be the last time we are are down here.
George is always very friendly as are all of the staff! I am always confident that my eyewear needs will be taken care of quickly and correctly!
George did amazing job in adjusting my eye glasses. 5 stars!!!
