Avoid this department. I'm a Mayo physician and they not only botched a simple IUD placement, they also overcharged me for all the complications. Mayo is a greedy business machine that I will be leaving.

Called to get information about setting up an appointment for an ultrasound to see If I would qualify for the pill to end the pregnancy on my own terms. The receptionist was extremely judgy rude and unfortunately the insurance I have didn’t cover it so the only information I got from them was it would be $10,000 out of pocket I think it’s gross and disgusting that everything is all about money in the healthcare system and I think healthcare needs to just be free for people Honestly, super disappointed and will never go to fo... read more
