How can a hospital get the number 1 ranking in the world and get 2.7 star average reviews in their ER? Had to bring someone into this ER and are told it is a 7.5 hour wait? Really Mayo is dropping the ball in a big way
I needed emergency care. Mayo Clinic ED was on it. Helped me professionally, kindly and helped me feel much better. ED’s take a while and it takes a while to do all the things for everyone. So thankful I live in Rochester and get my healthcare at #1 Mayo.
Got to the ER after having ambulance come to sever head pain and him being unconscious. Got to the ER and have been waiting six and a half hour. Patients who came in after us left before us. We were on top of the list and constantly other people who were here shorter times were getting out before us. We consistently asking when will we be seen and the response the front desk gave us is “there is sick people”. For being the best hospital in the world they aren’t very empathetic nor professional.
