Though this is a beautiful facility that's light, airy and pleasant to work out in, we just left for another gym. The parking just got too hard. Huge amounts of the indoor parking were taken away, and I swear that people who park in the DAHLC spots in the ramp are indeed members but stay there to park all day long. There's never an open spot there ever anymore. The outdoor overflow lot is not great. I have been to rejuvenate a hand full of times and the experience is amazing. I recently went in for my first facial (usually do massages) and after a quick talk with the lady who was doing my facial she redirected me in a different direction that would benefit my skin type and I was so happy that I went with her suggestion! I did a hydra facial and she helped with so many of the issues I wanted to correct and more!
I had a wonderful massage from Robin today! She was professional and caring. She aimed to make me comfortable and give me the perfect massage. I highly recommend her.
One of the worst massages that I have ever received and I will never be back. It was inconsistent and at times creepy. I felt extremely unsettled and could not wait for it to be over. Completely unprofessional. Very poor customer service and once escalated to superiors. There are plenty of other reputable spas in the area where you shouldn’t need to visit this one. For what they charge, you should receive much better and professional care and service.
