my grandpa is literally dying and had to wait for 7 hours to get help and we asked to get to the emergency room and was told no they can’t do that. Makes no sense if someone is literally dying and is having a hard time breathing.
I literally was waiting for over 4 hours for urgent treatment and then waited over 30 min waiting for the doctor in the examination room. The only thing I got out of it was my wallet empty and I me in constant pain the entire time
Wife just got done waiting for 4+ hours to be told 7 month is starting to get an ear infection but will have to come back when it obviously eventually gets worse and wait again. I waited with her about 2 months ago for our 3 year old for 3 hours for the same BS. Absolutely inept, and incompetent staff. Do not go here whatever you do, you might just get worse waiting for them to help you. Good riddance when this place closes.

The average cost of an urgent care visit in the US is $150. They billed me $361.80 before my crap insurance paid a whopping $26. If you look at the photo it says I was in for longer than 30 minutes. Only because the doctor left me part of the way through to go deal with something else for 20 minutes. Your understaffing is not my fault, and I shouldn’t have to pay for it. I got maybe 5-10 minutes of actual care from the nurse and doctor. When I disputed the bill, they refused to budge saying that that’s the way it was billed.... read more
