They lady that checked us in was rude and ridiculous
My husband had to go there for a procedure. It was our first time there. Everyone was so helpful. We went in the wrong door, but the person behind the desk got up and directed us where we needed to go and was so pleasant. We got to registration and they promptly checked us in. The young lady (nurse) came out to waiting room to get us in a room. I’ve been to urgent care a few times and ED once when pregnant and they’ve been so great every time. I have health anxiety and they aren’t rude to me about it they do take me seriously every time and help put my mind at ease/ adequately treat me. They were actually the only provider that took my concerns seriously when I was pregnant and got me transported to higher up care in the cities that ultimately saved me and my unborn daughter.
