Waited about 3 hrs before getting help on a day where there was no one else in the waiting room. Had an X-ray to check for broken ankle (X-rays weren’t conclusive). Radiologist was yanking my foot around by the ankle even after specifying where specific pain was. I’ve had X-rays before and I know you have to be in certain positions. But I’ve never had an X-ray where they positioned me by directly holding and prodding the exact point of pain after being told about the pain. I walked in yesterday morning. I was greeted with a smile, my wait time was a matter of minutes, and more smiles awaited me as I went through the process of being diagnosed and given a treatment plan. I am grateful to the staff for their professionalism, kindness, and knowing. Thank you.
Sat in the emergency room with a suspected aneurysm for 30 minutes NO STAFF before going to another hospital where they verified. Unsafe, unprofessional, disturbing level of negligence.
