Very rude and disrespectful 😤 and said nothing was wrong with me . I had a kidney infection and a uti infection for a month before they did anything.
The customer service level at the Menomonie Mayo is becoming unbearable. The answer is not AI and holding on the phone indefinitely, and completely inadequate staff that can't answer anything. The Mayo's medical staff is really excellent, but the processes and bureaucracy are overtaking the healthcare that is delivered.
do not seek care here unless you want to be treated like a disease and have to babysit the employees through every little process to ensure they do their jobs. and don’t get me started on the DOS’s. they will watch you walk up to the desk, roll their eyes, tell you to use the kiosk to check in (even though there was not a single other patient in the lobby at this time), and then get back to their very important conversation like you just interrupted their spa day. it took me over 20 minutes on the phone just to schedule a fo... read more
