They will send you surprise bills for treatments you had and paid for months ago, and they will harass you until you give them more money. The service is pretty bad too, expect absurd wait times, delays on everything, and last-minute rescheduling from doctors. This facility has made me avoid everything Mayo Clinic

My mother was treated with the upmost respect and kindness by all of the staff, especially the nurses and cna’s. They took her concerns seriously, showed her empathy, were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond getting my mom home care. We will definitely be looking for care here in the future. I understand taking forever, as someone who's in the health field. The staff are SO nice so I didn't mind that. However. I asked for a specific test to not be done. They did it. I called to get it taken off what I had to pay. They said I had to pay it because I "could be lying". And here I thought you had the right to turn down medical attention.
