Listened as an irate rather hostile elderly man vented to Kim at the front desk. She was warm, patient and kind to him. Called another location, explained his concerns and kept him informed of her progress. She was able to solve his problem. He was happy and told her a "Dad" joke on his way out. Impressive customer service. 👏
Melanie Potaczek, P.A.-C. Dermatology is rude, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Would not recommend her to anybody. She has zero interest in helping anybody. DO NOT see her!
We had a hard time getting an appointment for my son's dislocated shoulder. 4 days no call back. Finally a call on a Friday @ 4:35pm (right before closing so nobody is available to answer questions) they say to wait another 5 to 7 days to see my son. When I ask the scheduler why, she laughs because that is not her job to know. We have been doctoring here for 16 years. I'm very disappointed in the carelessness and inefficiency.
