I don't think the kiosk check in is a good idea...particularly in the location of a hospital. People coming in sick...people who have have an immune deficiency all touching the screen.. If you use this people--wash your hands! Sanitize! Ick.
Horrible care! An elderly person calls 911, is ambulanced there with severe chest pain, and a few hours later sent home with the pain coming back a few hours later. Someone had to take him to the Mayo in Eau Claire to actually get the care he needs and find the root cause! Shame on Barron Emergency Room! Your level of caring for patients is disgraceful! Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire ACTUALLY cares for the patients; they're not just a number and dollar signs.
