A great alternative to the Rochester campus. Smaller and more personable.
Patient Experience at Mayo Health System often uses AI-generated responses to patients who want to improve their medical care and promote patient-centered health care. I find Patient Experience a farce, and I am offended by the lack of authenticity and integrity in the AI responses. I do not see this as a nursing problem but as an administrative problem. Top notch facilities and staff… La Crosse is lucky to have such a fine system!
Worse service does not know how to take care of their patients, all they want to do is ignore people and keep rescheduling their appointments farther out. I've talked to people last week and they said they were gonna fix the situation and all they do is keep rescheduling my appointment. They have no concern or care being for their patients.
