This place is a joke and a bad one at that the staff do not care about the elderly at all I would not bring my dog or cat here
If you're in the military, dont come here if you can avoid it, they will screw you over. I came here in Arpril 2025 for an injury I had while on orders and they billed tricare. Its now August 2025, only 4 months later and they refuse to contact DHA or Tricare to get the rest of the amount due. They only call me and have given me a final notice. In my personal opinion the staff at Sparta wi mayo is very Rude and have to time for the patient that need help. For they are a band center and that is all!!! they Do not know how take care of one health Either!!!!! I would not go that to that hospital even If i was on my death bed!
