I am shocked and very upset with the extremely unprofessional care I received during my first (and last) visit to this clinic. I scheduled an 8 am appointment to draw blood, something that should not have taken more than 15 minutes. I arrived at 8 am sharp, checked in, and proceeded to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room.
