This place does not keep current hours on their phone message, Beware! On Jan 31 I called at 8:30 am to check the hours in order to bring my 4yr-old son in for strep throat as I was visiting family and could not go to our primary clinic. The recording stated the hours were 2pm-9pm. I thought it odd for New Year's but waited ALL DAY for the place to open. This place sucks. Don't even get seen by a real doctor. I know nurses that work for mayo that refuse to go there because they don't know what they are talking about half the time.
I have had to bring my kids here a few times for allergic reactions and ear infections that always seem to happen on a weekend when the clinic is closed. Every time we have been here we have received prompt, attentive care, and they are so kind! You have to understand that there is one nurse and one advanced practice provider (doctor, nurse practitioner, or PA) working at a time. So if there is a line of people waiting, you may not be seen.
