never have felt more unwelcome to be somewhere. first off staff at the front desk did not even acknowledge us when came in, looked like they hated their jobs spoke with attitude no manners what so ever. got dirty looks from every staff member we came across. the doctors and nurses also had a nasty attitude, telling patients and families they can sit in the lounge to visit because there were too many people in the room then came out and got mad said that was a joke. my grandma was here for less than 2 days and almost every nurse i encountered came off as rude, sarcastic, and just overall not professional. my grandma asked if she could get up and go sit in the waiting room and the doctor said yes in a very normal tone, then came out to the waiting room with an attitude saying she was "joking" and that she can't leave like that. this was in the critical care unit.
By far the worst experience in this emergency department we waited 5 hours plus some worse then phoenix arizona and we were here longer than some that went back that I could tell were not worse. Garbage fix your system and your snotty nurses and front desk girls too. Adding to review this is 5y ears later still bad business idk why I came back here there is no privacy in the er what happened to hippa
Excellent care, and the cafeteria is pretty great, lots of options.
I was at the ER on Sunday.5 July. I want to say thank you for the staff. For helping out. The nurses were fantastic. I think they are under paid. Not because of one. Nurse was excellent. But all of them. Richard quick navy vet
