Recieved excellent ER care and was pleasantly surprised when I called to pay my bill that they had given me a "charitable write-off" (because I had no insurance at the time) making my $996 visit cost $0! Great care and phenomenal ethics ❤️

We went to the ER with a child and had the provider Nicole Pedersen, a Nurse Practitioner, in the ER. The medical review of the situation was horrible and very inadequate. After leaving and going to a different provider, who was also surprised of the poor assessment done at this ER, we have decided Mayo Health System's ER in Red Wing is pretty bad.
