If I could give less than 1 I would! They ordered tests and then couldn't do the tests until the next day...why was i not treated at all for an entire day? And when I would bring up issues they were blown off. Pain management is NOT a priority or even a consideration. They give you this line of bull malarkey that they do, considering i am on a daily pain management regime they just stopped it completely. Urgent care, 2 primary pallets appointments, 100 calls to check for earlier appointments for ENT and dermatology... Only to finally get to ENT to be told it's too late. Looks like they were wrong and we can't do anything but wait and see if your pain goes away!!!! So much money, time, hope and energy is down the drain. Now I have yet another pain problem to deal with EVERY day because a message couldn't get passed on to my next doctor. Very disappointed in this stupid system.

World renowned hospital system can't schedule a colonoscopy within a reasonable time-booked up indefinitely. What the heck happened to this place?!?!
Great service. Surprisingly bad signage and layout. Various elevators but only one that goes where you need it to go. Also, woman at security desk by Cancer center very rude, shouting at my back as I walked down a hallway to try to follow signage. Then said it wasn't that I couldn't go that way but that she needed to "help". Someone should tell her to offer assistance only when asked. People going thru chemo don't need that sort of rudeness.
