Nobody likes to be in the hospital. However if I need to be in, I can only hope it’s Mayo Mankato. They are so focused on getting down to causes and conditions. All staff are unfailingly kind and communicate with the patient and each other. I always advocate for more information, so I can understand and actively participate in my recovery. If someone doesn’t know the answer to any question, they find out and get back to me ASAP. THANKS Mayo Mankato.
Do not go here. I just moved to the state and my first visit was nine times the price of my visit in OK. I have had seven appointments and there has been an error at six. It is a full time job being a patient here. I have had incorrect tests ordered that I’ve had to pay for totaling $880 for two and over a thousand for another. They’ve ordered medication knowing my insurance didn’t cover it and have taken weeks with me doing all of the leg work to remedy.
