World renowned hospital system can't schedule a colonoscopy within a reasonable time-booked up indefinitely. What the heck happened to this place?!?!
Great service. Surprisingly bad signage and layout. Various elevators but only one that goes where you need it to go. Also, woman at security desk by Cancer center very rude, shouting at my back as I walked down a hallway to try to follow signage. Then said it wasn't that I couldn't go that way but that she needed to "help". Someone should tell her to offer assistance only when asked. People going thru chemo don't need that sort of rudeness.

Don’t go to Emergancy Entrance in Mankato Mayo. waited over 6 hours to be seen. Worst E R service ever !! No communication just sit wait in PAIN. Dail 911
