I made an appointment for an annual preventive exam. At no point did the doctor touch me--no listening to my heart/lungs, nothing. Yet the notes in my portal described an entire exam. I called to ask about it. A week later I got a "thanks for catching that" from my doctor. Nobody cares that I get one chance a year for an exam and she forgot to do it. I guess she ran out of time? Great doctors if you can schedule your illnesses and injuries a year in advance, and then schedule the relevant appointments 6 months in advance, but then they’ll go silent, won’t respond to calls or referrals. So then what you want to do is go to health partners. But other than that the clowns at Mayo are great
Have not been 100% OK with this facility. Most recent experiences have been, can’t get to see primary doctor, can’t get into same-day care, had to go to Fairbault. Communication is very poor with messages in the portal and phone calls to the doctor. It’s been six days and still no message back from the doctor and I have made two calls and three posts in the portal.
