The lady who I was speaking to on the phone literally hung up on me. I'm not experienced in calling clinics for health care and I didn't understand what she meant by primary care in all honestly. I asked what they did here at the clinic and she just repeated herself even though I told her I didn't understand the first time. As I was speaking she just hung up. Very unpleasant experience. I'm sorry I don't understand a certain term.

The most condescending , incompetent , unprofessional scum in the universe , 10 years I put up with it and I'ld rather pass on then go back to that demon spawn dump .
