I love this clinic and my nurse practitioner! Very convenient location, with knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile to connect me with other departments in Rochester as needed.Â
New location same problems. First half the staff showed up after I did and a routine checkup took over 2 1/2 hours. Slow and not worth the wait. Get your checkup somewhere else. It would probably be faster to drive to Rochester (in fact I know it would). I also received lab results (via portal) with no idea what they say and no explanation.Â
The wait time on hold to schedule an appointment is ridiculous! 32 minutes and we still can't be seen for 2 days. Disappointing.Â
Do not go here for an urgent issue. They only take appointments.Â
