I have never had a problem there. They are so friendly and helpful. I appreciate them. So anyone that looks at reviews negatively needs to think this may be just one person who had a bad day.
Absolutely stay away from this clinic. When making an account to be connected to my minors the front desk woman used a patient with a similar name to create my account. Giving me access to their personal information for months. After looking closely and realizing this myself I contacted customer care. The woman in the lab took blood from my 18 month old. My child wouldn't stop bleeding afterward. She said she couldn't give me a band-aid. She held a gauze to it for a minute. It wouldn't stop. She told me she thought it'd be f... read more
Highly incompetent phone service, I don’t even think they know how the Faribault clinic operates. Plus I doubt they know anything about Epic orders. They give so much misinformation to patients, this needs to stop! They tell you “you can come in” and take no responsibility when they waste your time for a lab with no orders.
