I received an email or message recently saying that Dr Jennifer Clements had left the Mayo Clinic in Owatonna which I knew and I was assigned to someone else but I do not want her. so I wanted to discuss with someone a doctor of my choosing I called the number for the main line and she said oh no you have to have an appointment with her before we can change the doctors, never in my life have I heard something like that, it's my health I want to go to different doctor. Rude and inconsiderate employees. Don’t waste your time coming here. Not worth it.
Multiple communication lapses and breakdowns involving med fills. It’s been over a month since my last appointment and this clinic still hasn’t done their part after confirming with insurance that we are waiting for them to send my Rx over to be filled. Cannot and will not recommend.
Been on fmla and short term disability for about 2 months now but they canceled it because my doctors won't communicate with me or them. Now I'm not getting paid. Ive been told to communicate through the portal and I still don't get any messages after 3 weeks of waiting.
Had “Nancy” in primary care - called the wrong name which I knew was the start of it given I go there to receive transgender services. She made inappropriate remarks regrading my reason for being there and commented that I was too young to be taking that medication. Very unprofessional.
