Would give no stars if possible. Not smart getting rid of your on-site respiratory therapists at night. You overtask your RN's who have little to no knowledge operating a vent and intubating. Compromising patient safety to save the company a couple bucks. I'd advise anyone going here to seriously consider going somewhere else.
They fired their respiratory therapists.
For the disrespect to the respiratory therapists you have shown, that YOU feel do not matter. Do you know nurses call respiratory before they call a physician when the SpO2 starts dropping? All you’re doing is hurting the patients. Good luck ✨
