Stay away from Mayo Clinic! It’s the costliest healthcare provider and they always manage to charge you hidden fees. For example: I went in for a routine physical, which was mostly handled by a student nurse, and a brief mention of minor neck pain—without any exam or treatment—resulted in an added “problem visit” charge in addition to the regular preventative exam. I love this place. It’s small, not real crowded. Staff are all very pleasant as well as nurses and doctors. Give me their undivided attention and also the NP’s.
