So, I was in the ER for an illness the first week of August and I had to be admitted. The hospital food was actually good. This salmon dinner was great and I wanted more of it.
I truly thought this would’ve been one of the best hospitals in the world and I couldn’t have been more wrong! They discharged my husband 4 times and he had 5 admissions in 32 days due to have pneumonia. He is still in the hospital now with a feeding tube and sepsis infection due to their negligence of constantly releasing him prematurely and he’s a cancer patient as well with heart failure and stage 3 kidney failure. Excellent care.
Was seen very quickly and they were thorough in terms of the labs and tests that were ordered. Facility is spotless. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
Everyone here was wonderful except one nurse. . I came in terrified because I couldn't breathe and I was having a lot of pain. The triage nurse, had me ready to walk out. she was mean for no reason. At first I thought maybe she was just like that, except anytime anybody else would come in the room or walk past the door she became extremely friendly, said hi, how was your day, and then she immediately went back to talking down to me. it was really distressing and I wanted to walk out.
