The best er visit I have ever had out of many at different hospitals! Dr Drechsel is the best er doctor!!! He listened to me unlike others and was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROGH! My nurse, Paige, was awesome! She was very nice and knowledgeable as well! I am shocked the reviews are not awesome. This place is extremely clean and my husband was commenting about the amount of staff. The cleaner for floors went by my room 6 times and the rooms are very nice and above and beyond clean. I visited Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix on April 5, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, hoping for quality care, but left feeling disappointed. Initially, the staff were very hospitable—front desk, nurses, everyone treated me kindly, taking my vitals and listening to my concerns. But as an “actions speak louder than words” person, I was let down by their lack of attention to detail. Quick as they can.
The care was deplorable. Staff and RNs were downright ride and acted as if we were an imposition. We were neglected for over an hour and they kept putting us off or never returning. So disappointing. This happened night/morning of Saturday March 8th between 1:00am - 4:00am. Completely neglected. And for Mayo!
Never ever go there. The worst emergency room ever. Specially for Dr. Jonson I really don’t know which medical school she went to. The only thing make her a doctor is the white coat. One star is too much for them.
