Place is an absolute joke, they have now rescheduled my gi appointment 3 times after me asking them which times would work for them 🤡. Seek provider care elsewhere
Warning - Both of my times here were horrific life changing events due to the actions of the staff. My first visit here was for the Birth of my wonderful daughter. After that birth a doctor ordered a UA for the Mother. The test flagged a false positive. Without waiting for labs, even upon our statements otherwise, the staff and doctor harassed and berated us into tears for 2 days until labs came back. Amazing Health Care Team at Rau Claire Luther Campus Hospital! Due to their immediate action on 8/7-8/26, my husband survived what could have been a deliberating stroke. Their care & action with immediate medication allowed him to gain total physical mobility! What a blessing they are to patients! We cannot thank them enough!!! THANK YOU!!❤️
never have felt more unwelcome to be somewhere. first off staff at the front desk did not even acknowledge us when came in, looked like they hated their jobs spoke with attitude no manners what so ever. got dirty looks from every staff member we came across. the doctors and nurses also had a nasty attitude, telling patients and families they can sit in the lounge to visit because there were too many people in the room then came out and got mad said that was a joke.
