Please call them prior to your dermatology visit and ASK about their "HOSPITAL FEE". I would NEVER recommend going to Mayo for Standard/Regular Dermatology visits due to their billing practices. Mayo Clinic Dermatology charges you the standard doctor visits fees for seeing a dermatologist HOWEVER they then double your bill for the EXACT same charges and charge you those visit fees but under a "Hospital" charge.
