My husband John 78 was approved by Kaiser for 3days of Dialysis at the Mayo Onalaska Wisconsin Sept 16-18-20 FOR 8 months kaiser can’t the pay the $7,672.80 over the WRONG CODE SENT REPEATEDLY TO KAISER ! 8 months. My husband is very ill, dialysis 3days a week, quadruple bypass, diabetes end stage kidney disease. Mayo is going to kill him over this wrong code! Had a billing problem. Got it resolved by a face to face meeting. Couldn't get anywhere on the phone
The neurology department is really bad here in Jacksonville, Fl. Overall I am happy with the service from Mayo but Neurology is really bad. Starting with setting appointment, waiting time in a waiting room, which is surpass 1 hour sitting and they don't know how long it will take for till you will be seeing.
