Mayo Builders added a 400 sq ft second floor, stairwell and second floor deck to the back part of our house. Nick also re-roofed the entire house, added a spacious closet on the first floor under the stairwell, repainted and did additional finish work on the first floor. Nicholas Mayo of Mayo Builders did a fantastic job repairing and installing the flashing on our upstairs windows, which had been neglected by the previous owners. Nicholas was a great communicator, highly knowledgeable, and the quality of his work was excellent. His rates were also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Nick has always been very reliable, neat and efficient. We have done many projects over the years from large scale to small jobs.I have been very happy with the finished product on all accounts.
