I worked with Rachel Liguore and she was incredibly helpful. As a first-time home buyer, she gave me advice even at the expense of her personal interest. She had quick communication, so I always felt up to date. Lastly she gave me plenty of details when checking out homes, even disclaimers of issues she saw if she had checked the home out with other clients (i.e foundation, water damage, neighborhood, ect..). All in all, very helpful and informative.
Would definitely recommend Mayo Realtors. Bailey Reardon was my agent and she did great work. She was excellent at guiding me through a competitive market as I looked to move in from out of the area. Thankfully I was able to close on a property early in the home search process and Bailey had a large part in that success. A+ agent would recommend.
